Because we live near Launceston Tasmania and have to always fly to the Port, we always stay a few nights either side of the cruise in the embarkation port city and make it a bigger holiday :) we love it it extends our holiday and we get to see another area :)

My biggest tip on booking a chritmas or news years it book.when they first come out - we booked a Christmas crusies tjis when they first came out last year for quad it was about $900 each and twin just over $1000 each this was for both Carnival and Ryoal Caribbean about the same price.. this price only last 2 wk now over $1000. Especially RC they are heaps now like $2000 each..

Aw ali that is something I would do and fall asleep hehe we are in melb at the moment and we went to a kiss/poison tribute band last night at the Cherry Bar. Within 5 minutes I fell asleep and had security come over and ask nick if I was ok lol so funny, he thought I had had too much to drink, but unless you can get drunk on coke and triple shot lattes I definitely was sober hehe just not sleeping. We ended up leaving about 10 minutes later hehe so paid $80 for us both to see 2 bands and stayed maybe 30 mins hehe
