So I found a cool little detail in ITA.
So in the “Pure Blooded Thief” path after you choose “leap” Reggie goes on the loudspeaker and says “Sorry everyone we had to deploy some basic maneuvers, a flock of ducks flew by.” Then in the “Government Supported Private Investigator” path if you fail the QTE in the room with the option “Spook” Charles says “Oh man that duck flew right into the propeller, oh what a mess!”
Now that might be a coincidence but I’m not sure.

Harry Butts might in fact be a reference to Ace Attorney, as character "Larry Butz", Phoenix's best friend, is sometimes mispronounced in the game as Hairy Butts by co-workers and other people in there. And Larry gets pretty mad whenever people call him that. Also, the Toppat Clan fights for evil, while in Ace Attorney, you fight for good. Which might be why the bio says "to get back at everyone that made fun of his name." But who knows it could just be a coincidence.

I have an idea about why the Toppats have Dave Panpa: In the bios from Completing the Mission, Gene Fredrickson (Toppat) has a bio stating "He used to be a mayor but fled when plans to smuggle a large diamond out of a museum were uncovered". He was the mayor in the opening cutscene of Stealing the Diamond, which took place in a museum that had a large diamond and where Dave Panpa was also a security guard. Maybe Dave had something to do with the uncovering of those diamond smuggling plans and holding him is a form of revenge?
Whatever the reason for capture may be, Dave was probably just trying to do his best after his previous job. Poor guy, he deserves a hug.

Generally in mass effect the middle left option is typically used for an extra inquiry that you can make that doesn't advance the conversation. If there's less than three inquiries to make and no special renegade/paragon choices, the left side of the wheel will be used. If there's too many to fit in, it'll usually give you an "Investigate" submenu that switches all of the wheel options to extra inquiries.

Loving the series thus far! Gonna list below some references/clarifications you may have missed:
-The horse neigh at the start of the Right Hand Man fight could be a reference to West of Loathing, which is a comedic stick figure game in the western genre. The combat in that game even consists of two stick figures standing apart and starting at each other while engaging in turn-based combat, much like how Henry and Right Hand Man do in this fight. The whip crack followed by a horse neigh is surely a sound effect that occurs in West of Loathing, although I admit I was unable to find such a sound effect in my brief search.
-The hockey mask and chainsaw used during the fight with Right Hand Man is also likely a reference to Vincent in Final Fantasy 7, who can transform into a monster with a similar mask and chainsaw as one of his limit breaks. Considering this occurs during the version of the Right Hand Man fight that is a Final Fantasy reference, this is even more likely to be a Vincent reference.
-This one's a bit of a stretch on my part, but the idea of Henry driving a tank out of an airship and this totally working, and the tank itself still functioning on landing, could be a reference to the A-Team movie that came out in 2010, as there's a rather famous scene in that movie where they "fly" a tank out of an aircraft by using the recoil of the tank's gun to control its fall, and they drive off in it after they land. Admittedly this could be just a coincidence, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
-This one is a bit meta, but in the Key Quest line in this game, you use a regular key to rescue Dave from his cell, but the metal door you use it on has no keyhole visible when looking at it from the regular view. Yet the keyhole suddenly appears without explanation when you're releasing Dave and zoomed in on the door. In Completing the Mission, there's the cell that Henry gets locked in which also doesn't have a keyhole, yet if you use a lockpick on it repeatedly, the game manifests a keyhole for you to use. I don't know if the latter is a reference to this game's keyhole, but they're similar enough situations that I figured I'd mention it.
-The Bob Ross stick figure being a member of the military may be a reference to the fact that Bob Ross served in the military.
That's all I caught and/or thought of! Great video, can't wait for the next installment! :D
