For everyone wanting to comment on how wrong i am about saying that Lipwig is superior, i want to correct myself. He would be superior in this situation if it weren't for Mr.Pump. Vetenaris power mostly end outside of Ankh-Morporks immediate reach, except for politics. In my opinion, Moist would have gotten away and do his tricks somewhere else, if Mr.Pump would not be there. And i think no one else except maybe... Cohan, would be able to catch him. Still, just my opinion, just to make sure.

Sort of. However, without Mr Pump, would Vetinari not have devised alternative control measures? Is the High Priest an Offlian? Does a dragon explode in the woods?

@@iansadler4309 I like your idea, and yes he would, but i think it needs at least a golem to catch Lipwig. He got once catched in Ankh-Morpork, but we don't know if it was his first time. And he was very confident in getting away a second time, but he did not calculate with a golem.
