Girls you're so right, Sehun can sing and he has beautiful voice to be able to sing with Chen oooo it's something big, I know there are haters on CZcams who say that he cannot sing but he can and I love your reactions.

I loved everything about this reaction. I think this song's lyrics work on multiple levels: the whole fighting their darker selves level, plus I believe the lyrics could very easily be pointed at sasaengs and anti-fans, both of which have been thorns in EXO's sides for years. And I think they've had it with the lot, and I don't blame them. As much as I miss Xiumin, D.O. and Lay, it's interesting to see how they've put together an album and the increased line distributions for the six guys involved in Obsession. And yes! This has been the Year of Baekhyun. When does dude sleep? It's still so surreal to me that I saw him live two weeks ago. And Kay, I love Ex'Act, too! I bought the repackaged version, Lotto, though. "Monster" is what really brought me into the EXO fandom. I'm surprised I didn't blow the speakers out of my car blasting that song. And the live stage for "Artificial Love," OMG.

They continue to be so influential despite the fact they have half of their original member line up, have been in the game since 2012, and their company continues to put them on the back-burner these past few years and delaying comebacks-yet they STILL set the bar each time they pop in with a comeback.

After listening to the digital album, I was obsessed with it before it even came out. it's the title track of EXO's 6th album with the same name. This song brings trap bass blend with synthwave and jazzy accapella influences similar to their 2018 track "Tempo" with a vocal refrain running throughout the song. Lyric-wise it comes as a warning toward an ex-lover or friend, corrupt media, SAESANGS and Anti-fans to stay away avoiding entitlement which is a constant issue among the kpop community. The track was released with an MV that fits their album wide storyline as a whole!
They are shown fighting Red Force clones of themselves which don't share the same superpowers as the members...the only two clones that have similar powers is bad Baekhyun & Chanyeol.

I told my husband the reason I love EXO so much is that they give me the music I love that just isnt available in the mainstream in the U.S. anymore. D.O.'s my bias too, so when he enlisted early, I was entirely dismayed. I thought we were gonna be without the R&B-infused sound I so love. Then Baekhyun dropped City Lights and I was like, "Oh, aight! We good!"
As SOON as "YaYaYa" came on, my 40+ year old behind screamed "SWV!" That said...I need D.O. on YaYaYa, Baby You Are and Groove.

I THINK SO! THE ULTIMATE SWAG DADDIES. I have been obsessed with this MV ALL DAY!! I stopped breathing! Damn Chen does it for me everytime!! Kai and Suho with those xylophone ABS. OMG!! But I did learn that they each have a super power that is expressed in the video. Maybe you guys knew that already. But, for those that did not know like me; Chen has a THUNDER superpower, Sehun has a WIND super power, Suho has WATER superpower, Kai has TELEPORT superpower, Chanyeol has FIRE superpower and Baekhyun has LIGHT superpower.
It took a few watches to pick up on each one. Chanyeol and Suho were the ones we noticed immediately!

SWV was one of my favorite groups growing up. When I heard the sample my heart cried a little. I agree I thought Love Shot was the pinical and now Obsession. My word - It’s on repeat. I was fortunate enough to see CBX’s Magical Circus in Japan. They took all my savings and it was so worth it!!😂 What an incredible concert. I hope I can see EXO all together one day. But I think we have a long wait before they come to the US, especially with enlistments.

Oh we are FIRM OT9ers but when we say "lost the vocal line" we really meant those who were fully unavailable for the album because of military enlistment. Lay's situation with EXO is tricky, and we don't really want to say he was "lost" because he's still technically "available" the group, even if he didn't record this album because of behind the scenes issues with SM/South Korea and China. Plus, we don't really know what the future will hold for Lay, there's a chance something extraordinary could happen and he could be included in future Obsession tour dates!
