Honestly they should’ve just done a clean house style copy of the border scene in the campaign. COD is at its best when they copy action movies like black hawk down and saving private ryan.

I wouldn’t mind one intro where we are shot down and crash then regroup (slightly longer intro with dialogue) or an ambush intro where our armored column is ambushed and we have to fight without armor support since they are fighting off screen or somewhere in view of the map.
Plus more interactive NPCs or animations where we interact with each other like tossing a mag or something.
Iw be like "its a great idea, but we'll have to cancel another mp map to implement that"

Never was the lead operator in a Ground War infil as shown at 1:00.
Hell, now I'm lucky to even see an infil since I'm on PS4 and the match has already begun.
Been killed in OITC and Infected before I can even control my character; literally spawning into killcams off the loading screen.
I remember during the marketing/lead up to CoD: Ghosts, they advertised that one of the maps had an ‘infil’ cutscene at the start of the match. They never ended up going through with this (could have been time/hardware related), but it’s interesting to see how IW have brought back this idea in an effective way.
I love how they did them in this one they feel more gangsta if that makes sense it probably doesn't 😂

these are infil scenes, not killstreak scenes
The ac130 does have an animation when it gets destroyed. I’m not sure about the chopper gunner though.
@@MegaPlatinum3 chopper gunner has 2 different animations, one for getting killed with bullets, and the other one for being shot down by a missile

I wish they were more unique. We only have 5 different types. I feel like very Map should have it's own intro.

It sucks that none of these are customized to be specific to a faction. The Blackhawk fast-roping would fit perfectly with the rangers intro, and using an APC or a Humvee instead of a random van or sedan would make a lot more sense. And it would look even better if all the players looked like they belonged to a specific faction instead of this stupid operator system. And with all that emphasis on developing the water in their fancy new engine, not *one* infiltration by boat?

They're so boring. All of them are intros with a helicopter or a van except for one. Cold war had really cool and varied intros, can't wait for the next treyarch cod

For Embassy, Al Bagra Fortress , border crossing, Taraq ,Zarqwa Sa'd, sariff map announcer should have been alasd and Griggs
Shoot house, Mercado Las Almas, Guijarro, Santa Señ and El Asilo map announcers should be Mexican special forces and cartel
Shipment, Breenbergh Hotel map announcer’s would be sas and ether alasd or Mexican cartel
The boarder scene is currently my Favorite Intro for Maps because it introduce Civilians and known as an Attack at the Checkpoint...

So did they remove the crown raceway infil or do i need a specific mode to do it?

but my friends on ps4 slim had the same issue. got freezing (if they load into the match or squad leader change some settings), so they never saw any of this / rare.

The intro doesn’t happen for you or is hard to get if your on a Xbox one or ps4 mainly but also on pc on a low end pc with no ssd because of your consoles load time. Everyone else loaded in before you so they get the cutscene since it started without you

This level of immersion lasted a whole of 4 days and then I started Rappelling with the Grim Reaper and Paul Pogba while Messi was crawling on the floor with his guts out waiting for a revive. Good concept but they need to do away with the dumbass weapon skins and character skins, which they never ever will

Meh I prefer Cold War infiltration sequence more at least it was Various can be Riding bikes scooter boat APC breaching the door going into the field while chopper gives you cover fire
They just give you a cool cinematic cutscene, that it tbh (CW, so I'd say the cutscenes in MWII would been better if they would've been cinematic)
cold war feels unpolished, like the whole game.
Cold War had those type of sequences because the game's tone allowed them to experiment like that
