You called Scott a beast, and he totally is, but man, all of them can be described that way. Their voices always blow me away. It's been suggested before, but you absolutely HAVE to watch Mitch's cover of Billie Eilish's 'Your Power'. It stopped my little boy in his tracks, and that's never happened before. Trust me, you'll melt.

The other day I watched The Prayer for the umpteenth time. I was like... this man has a strong, beautiful, commanding voice. Mitch can easily grab everyone's attention, which is just always going to be a thing. I've truly come to appreciate Scott and his talent. ALL of them are vocal and musical gods and goddesses, including our beloved Avi. Sigh. Ok I'm done.
There is actually video of Scott and Mitch sing Bad Romance when they were in high school in their school library and there is a video of the trio sing Telephone in high school. They’ve been sing Gaga for a long time. They often wear concert tshirts from the artist they are doing the Evolution of (on Superfruit).
Their voices are all amazing but there are a few interview clips around where the interviewer asks the group “who has the best voice” and the whole group in unison point to Mitch (that includes both basses-Avi & Matt too). I can’t remember who Mitch was pointing to. 😊 They recognize his greatness even among greats.
Love PTX in general - each member is super talented! Mitch and Scott, especially, singing together is awesome, but Mitch’s voice just hits right in my heart!
I love everything Superfruit did, but out of all the evolution/medleys my favorite has to be the Empire Medley. They were commissioned by Fox Broadcasting to make it as a teaser for the second season of the t.v. show. The medley are all songs from the first season. I never watched the show, but that doesn't matter when listening. Their harmonies are fabulous with a bit of vocal acrobatics.

I've heard a couple reasons why, but I don't know what's true, or if both are true. They were his only colorful tats so I kinda miss them, but somehow he just doesn't seem like a colorful tat guy these days. Whatever makes him feel himself works for me.

Scott's voice is wonderfully soulful, his runs give me chills, and his range is amazing. But Mitch. His range is beautiful, but what strikes me most is the clarity. He was perfect to lead this medley.
you like tenor voices better and that's ok. mitch is a tenor, some people even say he is coutertenor and scott is a baritone. this means mitch's voice is naturally higher than scott's. singers can always expand their range both ways but the tenor, baritone or bass quality to a male voice has to do with the anatomy of their larynx and vocal folds.
Mitch is one of a kind with that voice but I like the sounds of Scotts better. Has nothing to do with who’s better, they both have so much talent. Loving the reactions !
Did you react to SuperFruit’s Empire, Rihanna, or Taylor Swift evolutions? The Empire one is my favorite. I love Mitch’s run during The Cure! I don't know if you plan on doing some of Superfruit's vlog content (hope you do 😊) but this is something that popped in my head during your Anchor reaction. They end each episode with their weekly obsession and their song of the week. You are the first reactor I've watched who I strongly believe would appreciate Mitch's song of the week selections. They are typically obscure EDM songs by artists nobody but Mitch knows about (jk, lol). But based on how he describes some of the songs, I bet you'd like at least some of them. I've actually searched for a few just to hear what music he likes...it's not unpleasant or anything, just not my vibe. If u do some vlogs please check out some of his song selections. I'd be super curious to hear what you thought of them.
While they're both talented, Scott's voice is more poppy and made for pop music (in his rolls to get up-and-down to the notes) whereas Mitch has a more perfect-pitch kind of voice that just hits the notes straight-on instead of rolling in to them (which is more desirable in a classical sense, and not related to pop). It always sounds cleaner to me as I've never been a fan of pop music. I don't like comparing the two because they're both extremely talented, but I've been able to define why I like Mitch's voice more rather than just "because he's a tenor" as the other commenters are describing. 🥰
