Fix! Play Store Not Able to Download Apps

- Let's fix your Play Store so that you can download apps and get them working again.
If you run into issues where your Google Play Store can't download apps you can follow these steps. First is to just exit out of everything, make sure you force quit if needed, check your internal storage, your internet connection, as well as your login to Google Play and your credit card on file. This is helpful also if the app just says pending download or something wen't wrong. This works for any Android device from Samsung to Pixel.

i did this and when i downloaded a app it just says we are unable to download this app ,
Dude I did clear all the cache and data, data usage permission is also allowed but it's still isn't working and it's saying to make sure if my mobile data is on. But mu data is on

I have a TCL_T501C, Cricket Wireless, US Android, (I'm in Canada, on "roaming" network,) I have 2 Google accounts, the country in "account 1" is set to United States, while the country of "account 2" is set to Canada, and I'm not able to download the RBC (Canadian bank) mobile app or the Walmart Canada app on neither of my 2 accounts, after clearing the cache, (on account 1 it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version", and "This app isn't available", and on account 2 it says "Looking for RBC Mobile? This app won't work for your device"). What do I need to do to be able to download the app?
