We were in the center of the umbra. I think we had 14 seconds of totality. Although it was a very narrow eclipse path, it was dramatic to view it from small fishing boats out on the ocean.

Although I wasn't asked for my C-19 card when I arrived here in January, I'll drop by Kosrae's immigration office tomorrow and find out for sure.
