I know there are better examples for using these types of tools but as an established mentor, your view point and knowledge is very important so thank you. 👍
I noticed something important at 03:57 in your video when you zoomed in on your PC screen recording it looked a bit blurry. To make it clearer, I suggest you increase the OBS video recording quality to between 6000-10000Kbps. Also, make sure the video input and output resolution matches your monitor. The file size might be larger, but it will really help keep the scene sharp, even when you zoom in. ❤

Sir aap chota chota patch generate karen ge to layers zayda banen gi jis ki waja se aap ka generative fill boht slow ho jaye ga.
It's better to select complete area and apply generative fill once

AI generative tools like Firefly.. I think it will be a major tool for Instagram.. Because all other tools like MidJourney needs Ascord account and Photoshop is all time a single installed software and plugins usage is easy comparatively to MidJourney/BlueWhale where we have to wait a lot more for results..
