On the occasion of the World Exhibition "Expo 2000", a special design was developed for the newly acquired Citaro buses. It was created by the British designer James Irvine (1958-2013).
In addition to the articulated diesel buses, numerous Citaro solo diesel buses and natural gas buses with Irvine design were also purchased.
In 2016 the bus was sold to Enders Busbetrieb - Florian Enders e. K., Hannover (license plate 'H-FE 52').
