What a stunning cover of a very good song. Allie's voice cannot be taught. That very natural and emotional tone and that low,husky sound is awesome. She probably had the same tone when she was 12. She has a sound and charisma well beyond her years. I never get tired of that voice and I like many of her 'covers' more than the originals. Keep up the great work Allie. We music lovers think you are the best !
That was a great rendition. All 4 musicians contributing equally. Allie with her solid powerful voice, Jessica with her wonderful elaborations, Felipe with his colorful guitar and Jessica's Dad with a solid rhythm. Lovely!

The song "Halo" by Beyoncé, so fantastically interpreted here by Allie and Jessica, is about being surrounded by the love of another person and being comforted.
The lyrics describe how the walls the singer has built to protect herself from being hurt have broken down and how the other person has found a way to make her feel safe in his embrace.
She expresses that he is her saving grace, her everything and her reason for hoping that their love will not fade.
The song is about the idea of unconditional love and how it can be a source of light and hope in times of darkness and struggle.
The story/meaning behind the song "Helo" is fantastically written.
