I find this statement weird because my friends and guys I meet on tinder never seem to have a problem getting matches... Or meeting people.
So true the nice, normal average Joes don't get look in. Matches either don't talk or ghost you out of the blue especially after arranging a date, had that so many times even after seemingly getting along and connecting really well with someone. Its just a big waste of time it stops normal people from making an effort which probably leads to all the weird shit as a way of getting over it.

3. Ask if he makes a 6-digit figure. He doesn't say 7 or more -> Unmatch
4. Does he appear to be a normal guy? No -> Unmatch
You forgot the woman who matches and never replies more than 1 word at a time, and "haha" is their #1 most-used word.

I remember at one point in my life I thought women were being dramatic and they didn’t want to give the good guys a chance. So I made a fake dating profile as a woman…the amount of messages I got was unbelievable. Sugar daddies, creeps, old men, random dick pics. Within the first 15 minutes I had over 37 messages no shit. Like it was really bad. No wonder it’s hard for them to find the right guy or even give a chance to someone. So many creeps

That's exactly it.. The large majority is so terrible that anyone who is half decent looking and can hold a normal conversation feels like a miracle. Met my boyfriend in a similar setting. So many men are great people when they are with their male friends, but once they talk to a woman it's like a switch is flipped.
