Green Seasoning | Jamaican Green Seasoning

Hey Guys! In this video I'll be showing you how I make Green Seasoning. Green Seasoning can be used to marinate, poultry, fish, and meat and It adds amazing flavor to your dish. This recipe can be used as a guide, as you can mix any amount and variety of herbs that you like.

Ingredients
10g Allspice
20g Tyme
30g Cilantro
60g Parsley
2 Sweet Peppers (1 Green, 1 Red)
6 Green Onion (Scallion)
1 Onion
90g Ginger
16 Garlic Cloves
2 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Refrigerate or freeze for future use.

This is good,but what can it be eaten with? Rice or bread. I like sauce like this a lot.

It's a natural seasoning. You use it to marinate meat, chicken, fish etc.

How long will it stay good without freezing it?

It last about a week in the fridge. I usually divide my batch in small amounts and leave one in the fridge and freeze the rest.
