This was an excellant video! You truely know your costs and how to do a break even analysis. Which is a MUST for setting prices. So many people in this biz think they are making all this money but they 'shoot from the hip' when pricing.
I am just starting my pressure washing business in Puerto Rico and this is a great video. I unfortunately dont have any experience yet in pricing but I have an in with an HOA and they are interested in getting all their curbing and parking lot cleaned. Could you give me somewhat of an idea on what your expenses are now that we are in 2023 and you did this video 5 years ago? I know labor and chemicals have gone up tremendously . What do you guys charge for curbing and flat work in todays world ? I have a skid on order from ICE with a 24" surface cleaner and a Honda 8 GPM so it should be a pretty nice system to start with. Any information you could share is much appreciated. Happy Holidays !

Trying to learn as much as I can to get this side job going and be a permanent thing. I ended up doing a water reclamation system on my trailer. Y'all run any of those systems yet?
