Firstly, I'd like to say you made an AWESOME video it appears that you had a good time but you constantly mention how this was such a horrible experience. When you travel with people you never know which way they are going to turn, you may have gotten ditched but girl you made lots of new friends and you had a wonderful time regardless. This has only strengthened the fact that one can cruise solo and still have fun! Keep up the good work. We're all proud of you!
I appreciate you! I think it’s easy for people to forget that while this video is an hour and a half long, my vacation was 6 days long and there were certainly moments that I was very upset and it took time to bounce back. I make it look much easier than it was but at the end of the day- the lesson to keep finding the fun is there!
I know the hurt.. I have grown so much in every aspect of my life and have lost 2 best friends in the process. I allowed myself to grieve the hurt and betrayal and now I’m moving on. I clicked for a cruise but stayed for your strength ❤

I’ve been here too. Start off a vacay with a “close” friend and then not so much. I’m so glad you had the CZcams fam to make it brighter. I’ve also done my last 2 cruises solo, while they started off not booked to be solo. While a solo cruise is still a vibe, it’s always better to share the memories with someone. I’ll still travel solo if need be, and just like you, find my happiness ❤ Keep your head up sis, and hopefully I’ll see you on one of my cruises some day!
a planned solo cruise is bomb, when it's unplanned you just have to work for it a little harder. all is well that ends well!

I ALWAYS fall asleep at shows after dinner, some of my best naps have been at the Love and Marriage show 😂😂

I know they're funny because I can hear everybody laughing subconsciously, I guess I just It's stay awake too much sun too many drinks during the day that dark cozy theater puts me out like melatonin

Great Vlog. This ship reminds me of the Madi Gras I hope I get to sail on her soon. I would love to cruise with the vloggers it looks like so much fun. I’ve been to Grand Turk a few times but never went to Jacks Shack. I’ll be there in June I’m definitely gonna check it out. Sorry you had to go through what you did with your friend.
The Celebration is almost exactly the same as Mardi Gras with a few design and venue changes. Def have to try out Jack's Shack!

Needless to say, I really enjoyed your video & seeing "Sig" & "Travel Spree", whose channels I just discovered (and subscribed too) this PAST weekend too! Any who, thanks for the travel advice & girl, I knew the drama with the bestie, had to be MAN!!!!!!!!!! Especially the mo-fo's that try to pull that manipulative BS with us & in the end, it costs us some really good friendships. We do wise up .. eventually. Any who (again) .. @Alesha Lee my family and I cruised the Mardi Gras last Summer. A beautiful ship but too big for me. I prefer the Horizon and in fact we’re cruising Vista this Summer.❤

Omg the guy who passed you and you said “NO” he was our taxi driver 2 weeks ago when we went on carnival conquest! He threatened to call the police on us because he didn’t have change for a $20 so that we could pay him $5 for taking us back to the port! He picked us up from that same beach you walked passed. Thank God we had these ladies with us from ATL who also only had $20 and they went off on him 😂😂. We couldn’t understand how he was running a taxi business and didn’t have change!

I'm so sorry that this was a bad experience for you. On the bright side you're a great solo cruise content creator!!! You should do more if you're up to it. I really enjoyed the vlog. And Fain and Laura and (SIGcruiser who I'm just hearing of) are awesome people! I love them even more now!❤ I was watching the vlog just to pass time and look for things to get into while cruising and didn't even expect the friendship drama aspect of your video. I'm cruising with a friend soon on OOTS and needless to say, I'm now nervous. We've agreed on everything for most part on the basics of the cruise but she's yet to even acknowledge excursions and other things to do that require extra money. Also when the cruise is over we were going to hang around South Florida. Her suggestion!!! I asked, not even suggested, if we can go to Key West and she kept skirting around the idea, so I stopped asking. She suggested we go Orlando instead, I said cool, I'm not hard to get along with and I love Disney. She also recently even used Idalia as an excuse to not go to Key West because she saw old vidoes of flooding. It seems she didn't realize I dropped that idea a while back because she's obviously not interested. Now when we planned this she was SINGLE, now her ex is back in her life (now you see why I'm nervous🥺) and his birthday 2 days before our cruise, while her birthday is during the cruise. I hope he doesn't pop up during the land part. Pray for me. I may need to watch this vlog again to see what I can do just in case! Lollll I foresee solo traveling in my future!!!
oh no! Well, I will say that I hope your friend is good to you and you don't have to worry about anything except having a great cruise together! Compromise and communication is super important but you should always listen to your intuition.

Was she able to afford her share of the excursions? What about her ex? Did he pop up on land &/or guilt trip her into staying vs. going on the cruise. Phew. ((((Hugs y'all))))
I love doing solo trips. Just for the simple reason how friends act. For female I don’t recommend it, but I’m glad you protected your self and you’re ok. Good job.

I walked alone in Nassau and everyone left me alone. My hubs was so hungover I just left him on the ship! 😂

that totally depends on your vibe, if you like to go out at night and be entertained all day, I say start with Carnival. If you're not a fan of kids and love good food and luxury, try virgin!
Loved your vlog! It was sad that you and your friend had a fall out. You really taught us all a lesson on not letting others still your joy. Plenty of people have suggested to me that when cruising with friends to let them know I would like to have some solo time too. To make arrangements to meet up for dinner, shows, and excursions but explain this is my vacation too. Also if I can afford it to get my own room as well. This not only saves friendships, but prevents feelings from becoming hurt. Blessings to you and yours! 🫶🏾🥰🦋

I tried your warmup and it was great. I add an additional 10 minutes by going down from 11 then did a five minute show walk cool down. Nice way to start a workout. Gets the sweat going.

four months late. I enjoyed this as i am pregaming for the Celebration in July. Anyway I had really bad vibes from M from the moment it took her two hours to return your text. who does that when you are travel buddies. but anywho she's a hatter and you are way hotter. another conversation for a different channel. anyway loved your channel/movie. glad it turned around quickly as you had multitudes of others to enjoy with!!!

Like here's the deal, folks pay and spend there hard work money on these cruises, at times they want to enjoy moments with there love ones ( not solo travelers) when I'm a solo traveler, I do exactly what the term mean(enjoying myself not expecting anything from others) just be a real solo traveler, not a solo traveler expecting others to fulfill your needs. They paid just like yourself.
Here’s the deal, this cruise was never meant to be a solo cruise… that’s the point. 😐. You are more than welcome to watch my actual solo cruise series/movie (filmed 6 months before this cruise) when I went with the INTENT to be a solo traveler and had a blast.
Not to mention, it was Thanksgiving, of course I wanted to be with friends on Thanksgiving. Fuck outta here with “fulfill your needs”.
