  • Got a video of the full activation of the Tower Bridge Draw Bridge and the Capitol Mall railroad crossing as the Hawaiian Chieftain Ship leaves Old Sacramento down the Sacramento River. The horn at the very beginning when the video starts is the boats horn. Also some time in the middle of the video it looks like the crossing and bridge was about to cancel causing the gate to raise a little then drop.
