The impeller fan may have had an improvement since the video was made - you can use the long handle H2 0x60 supplied with the Aillio and loosen/ tighten the set screw of the impeller fan from the top. One of the fan blades has a moon shape cutout to allow the Allen wrench through the fan housing. It’s aligned with the set screw so align it to the exhaust port to use it. It’s way easier than using the L shaped Allan wrench. I’m super grateful for the video- it’s clear and quick- thanks for making it.

I have made a from panel support available for use when cleaning the Aillio Bullet. It includes a place to store the front panel screws.

Note that it's very easy to put the impeller fan back too far in or too far out. It is wise to do a test afterwards without coffee

I would use a food safe cleaner like tabz for the inside of a drum roaster. I put simple green on greasy engines.

does the drum of any other part ever need cleaning? is it possible/advisable to ever remove the drum for inspection? what about the controller area and it's cooling fan and vent holes?
