both L and Nadage getting the boot kind of confirms for me that i think the Fast Pass to the Playoffs was more of a hindrance than an advantage, especially when both of them are strong enough talents to have been able to handle the knockouts. i just feel like not having that extra performance made it difficult for viewers to connect with them as much. yes this wasn't L's best performance but she had such consistency through all her performances up to this point, i'm hoping the best for her success after the show

i agreeeeeeeeeeeeeee. and i think the reason why tate wilson didnt have a chance to stay longer is because of this too. it made us feel disconnected.

I feel like every year at these instant saves something is off with mixing or ear mic bc singers who are traditionally pitch perfect can't find the key and/or get off beat. That said, L is an incredible vocalist whose voice reminds me of KD Lang! Wishing you all the best!
Because there’s no band playing behind them, no additional vocal effects or backing tracks and it’s “live”, so it’s not a pre-recorded with cleaned up audio/vocal for tv.

Rodgers was probably one of the worse singers on the voice for 2024 - her story kept her around until everyone realized she really did not have an outstanding voice other than an average one. I would not pay to see her sing anywhere, sorry but true
I love her voice and style! This wasn't her best and was her weakest. There were some pitch issues in the performance and I felt she was overthinking too much. This also felt flat as well. She's incredibly talented. Did she lose her voice and let nerves affect her? I think she should have chosen a better song.

The save was basically L vs. Tae... Zoe and Nadege had no chance since country fans own the instant save. Sad to see L go... But Tae did deserve that win as he had the best performance.
L is not a country singer but her coach is Reba McEntire!
I think it was between Tae and Zoe. Zoe had better reception than L in the instant save and had the better performance too. And L is not even a country singer at all.

I really thought that L. Rogers could win The Voice - she has been amazingly consistent in her vocals - yes, this was definitely pitchy and kind of all over the place - did she start off on the wrong register? Elton's songs are not easy to sing - gosh, I just wish her all the best - she is quite the talent!
No, she started off in the right key - the piano gives it to her -- but she sings off key right off the hop. Her tuning is so bad, it just sounds like a different key.😮
It still sucks that she didn’t made it to the Top 9. And I have Autism just like she does.

This was not a good depiction of her as over all performer. She was pitchy in this song but in others she was spot on. Shes incredibly talented.
L. is wonderful. I have enjoyed her since the auditions. Her battle round against Tae will always stick with me. That was powerful. Best of luck in the future, L!

I love L’s voice but I think she should have went a different approach to the song. She should have used Jershika’s or Fatima vs Jennifer’s version.
How about less growling for starters? Followed by trying to land in the centre of each note? Followed by stop trying to "make it your own" -- the ad libs were horrid.

Yeah, to be honest this was by not a good performance for her. She usually sounds so good, it was off key from the start and was terrible, such an iconic song too.
