Great tip. I do a lot of trail riding at night in the PNW. Can't tell you how many times I have had a flashlight in my mouth while backing up on my 2017 Polaris Sportsman. I recently bought a 2023 BF 750 and just got done adding the reverse light. The connectors on mine do not get power unless the quad is running, which was the cause of several colorful words before I figured that out. Now if I could only find 1" or 1.5" wheel spacers! Kawi put 84mm hubs on my BF and the only spacers I can find are 2"

I got my mounts for 13bones from amazon they are always worth it. I got light bars all around my Brute Force makes the bike look nicer.

I've been watching your channel now for a while and taking some of your modifications and doing it to my quad, I have a 2021 Brute Force gray camo edition, I've had it for a few months now bought it brand new, I've had a few brute forces over the years, great quads for the money, keep up the videos Chad! Hey good idea with using a reverse light. I also like those shocks. I would like to take my factory shocks off my brute but I'm not sure what's good. Price and quality. If you have a chance let me know what you think I should get and if I have to replace any other suspension parts while I'm in there

I was just watching some of your old videos and I'm wondering if your brute is still making that ticking noise you were talking about?
I forgot about that noise but still going strong and no issues. It's normal ticking from the belt area
You should put a light bar on your brute on the front
I actually have an extra one. I might just do that.
Is there another factory harness that already exist for the other light ?
Yeah it comes pre wired from factory with two options. One for constant on and other one for on when in reverse.

Hey there Ethan. They are called male disconnect. Size is 22-16 awg with a 0.156 inch bullet.

Did you have to do anything to your BF before getting it in the water and mud as far as waterproofing anything? I can go through water or mud just floor board deep but of course with plenty of sling off from the wheels and mine will lose power for quite a while. Full throttle is a no-no for me even minutes after or it will just sputter and bog down. I can wash it all down real good the next day and drive around till it’s warm and it’s back to normal. I thought I waterproofed everything well enough but I must be missing something
I did not do anything to it. Maybe the plastic cover is not on yours which is on right side of machine under CVT belt. I've had mine to the seat in water with no problem. I would recommending checking that plug.
@@ChadOutdoors I’ll have to give that a look. Mine is a 2022 so I’m thinking nothing should be missing unless just being that one that rolled off the line without being put together right.

On my 2021 both of the connectors on the back are hot all the time? Trying to set it up where it only comes on when In reverse. Any ideas?
You should have several connectors. One is constant hot and the other is only hot when reverse is engaged.
Be sure you are not in reverse or they both will appear hot.
Even with it in drive both still have juice

I figured it out I just needed a relay between the reverse wires and the tail light. I installed the Infinite Off-road tail light and it’s siiick!!!! If you’re installing an additional light like Chad did a relay is not needed. I preferred to have one light with all of the features.
