I don't know what's the official MCU or Comics Qualifications of tony stark but seeing his gadgets, devices and inventions it's clear that He's also a Genius in Internet of Things (IOT), cloud Computing, Electronics, Machine learning, NLP, 10s of Programming Languages, Ethical Hacking, all type of software Development (Operating System, Web, App, UI/UX), Data science and a lotttt more.
In MCU (depending of the earth we are talking about) on main timeline (Earth 616) he got his qualifications from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), with multiple Ph.D.s in physics, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.

question, why does he need to know nuclear stuff? Aero space makes sense, he flies, mechanical makes sense, he built a suit, electrical makes sense, that suit has wires and stuff, computer science makes sense, he built an AI and has alot of cool technology just to help him, but nuclear? other than the plasma physics I dont see why he would need to know nuclear physics as well as interaction of radiation with matter

How one can be like him, but we could get very close. I'm trying to become an astrophysicist which is as close as I can get to being to y stark, with a bit of machine learning course that I'm currently taking online.
