Strip the home of every last item of the owner, paint everything white and have a professional staging company lightly furnish it with new, modern furniture. Sterile and void of any character, but they sell like hotcakes and usually above the asking price.
Beautiful cottage style exterior, but clashes with the modern interior. Dining room furnishing clashes too. Modern interior, but a more Victorianish dining room.
I love this house. Nice backyard for the kids to play or dog. Nice in the inside. Big living room, the dining is good size. The Kitchen is fine I like the backsplash and the old tiles(floor). The bedrooms are good size. The basement is a bonus. ManCave. It’s nice to have friends coming over. And dam The wine cellar is perfect. Hahahahaha
Lovely, beautiful😍I could live there but I would keep it a little "older" looking inside,as I don't care so much about modern stuff. But wonderful house,I would sit on the porche all day just enjoying the house from outside😍
The reason most designers use neutral colors that you say are cold is because you can do anything to it and make it your own. If you walk into a house with bold colors everywhere, it's hard to imagine how you would like it to be.
What a beautiful magical house it is... Totally amused how the house looks small from outside and the more you get further in the house you see more space and rooms and this house a bar in basement as well... Its a dream 😍😘 I'd love to buy this house...
I bet the reason why the beginning was showing city scenes is because the house is wayyyyy more expensive than what it should be - location location location!!
The "Kingsway" has become an exclusive neighbourhood right on the Bloor Street subway line. An equivalent home one kilometre north or south of Bloor Street will sell for 30 percent less.
I love this house. Some many rooms inside yet it looks like a small bungalow on the outside. I have to agree with the others though that the music in the background is for one too loud and secondly creepy sounding.
Can’t have windows when your house is touching each house next door. I feel sorry for people in Toronto who have no privacy because houses are all too close together.
Houses like this, built in the 30's and early 40's weren't designed with large windows. I don't think a house with radiator heating has been built in Toronto since 1950's.
I C an outside door in the kitchen but where does it go out to? Not the back yard and the house next door is too close, unless there is just a side walk going to the front yard because I didn't C a sidewalk coming from the side of the house in the back yard. Did I miss something?
The basement looks better than the upstairs very spacious and I like the bathrooms but get rid of these radiators and add some ceiling fans to the home that will brighten it up more.
Replacing the hot water radiators with a forced air HVAC system is incredibly expensive if not impossible in a 1930's home. If the basement wasn't a finished space, you might have a chance.
The house looks so small outside but when you go inside there are so many rooms and spaces.
@Marcus Schultz no one asked.
Actually, the yard looked pretty sizeable to me, and well landscaped.
@@lolanya00 RUDE!!!
The tardis
Yes you are perfectly right
The exterior is charming, the interior...not so much. The kitchen is diabolical, a gut job.
Why buy a charming historical cottage, only to decorate the inside in a cold, sterile manner? Does not compute to me.
My thoughts exactly. They totally ripped off the character of the property with all that cheap furnishing
I completely agree. There are plenty of more modern homes if that's your thing. 🤷🏻♀️
So agree, so much could have been done with this lovely. Absolutely disliked what they did to the interior.

Exactly!
That kitchen looks hideous! But the rest are OK. I love the exterior more than the interior.
Agreed
I would gut that kitchen and start over!
The kitchen wasnt as bad as I thought it would be, just plain. I've seen worse. Now that bathroom with the glass tiles, is another story.
those tiles eh..
Cute house, but the background music was off-putting.
Weird music, completely insane.
I had to tu4n it off.
It doesn’t go with the house at all!
It sounded like the music from the David Pumpkins skit
This has a great homey feel to it! Love the blue bedrooms. So many of todays home lack any color. Love it! Cheers.
Beautiful cottage style exterior, but clashes with the modern interior. Dining room furnishing clashes too. Modern interior, but a more Victorianish dining room.
I was hoping to see more rustic, cottage looking interior to go with that exterior rather than sleek and modern.
Sterilised interior
Sleek and modern is an overstatement. Tired and plastic would be more accurate.
love the stick holding the cabinets up
Paul OConnor 🤣🤣🤣
After watching this video every day for 4 years, I still wish that house were mine.😢💔
I loved this cottage! So beautiful.
Love the brick in the basement. Very comfortable home.

This property just keeps on giving. Pretty, cozy and surprisingly spacious.

I personally love antiques myself.
Absolutely beautiful!!!
Although the kitchen cabinets need updating, i thought this was lovely.
The house is like out of a fairytale...love it❤

That old bathroom tho! 🤣 and the fact that the film it like it was fancy with music and everything I died! 😅
Rip

I used to work in that neighborhood! Beautiful place to live!
The kitchen 😱 and bathroom 😱
But the rest of the home is lovely
I love how pianos were something you find in most houses in the past
I bet the reason why the beginning was showing city scenes is because the house is wayyyyy more expensive than what it should be - location location location!!
This should be the top comment on this vid

Flowers everywhere,, love that Place and House
Beautiful but difficult to get an idea of the floor plan, bit frustrating.
great house; the music sounds like demons singing...munchkins gone to the dark side.
I want to own this house, its lovely💙💙💙💙
Your videos have the best music!
smol outside
huge inside
Adorable little house. Probably $2M+ though.
I love this house. Some many rooms inside yet it looks like a small bungalow on the outside. I have to agree with the others though that the music in the background is for one too loud and secondly creepy sounding.
Beautiful home.
Beautifully done..WOW.
My beautiful Canada...
Very nice & cozy little spot !
Another cute cottage turned into an Ikea store!
Love it. My kind of house😍
Wow , from outside it looked small but from the inside its big. But the kitchen is like a nightmare , horrible. But the overall house is beautiful 👌😍
The kitchen is a total gut job
What a wonderful design..
Maravillosa!!,con ese subterráneo,y la cava de vinos...espectacular.
Natural light is missing from most rooms

Lovely... just needs some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms
Nooooo, let it look a bit old, don't make it too modern!
What a beautiful home!
It seems so small on the outside though...
WOW SUPER Downstairs so cool You don't have to go out. Bar, Billard, Wine , having some good Music 🍷🍷🎶 can be so fine". Greetings
Small beautiful cottage in main aeas int
oronto .realy nice and cool .house .
Strange angled rooms Feels discordant.
I liked the outside better. Seems cold inside.
Yes, more colours inside, dark green and dark red!
Love it!❤❤
Beautiful.
In Canada this house cost about 3 million dollars and taxes are about 60 thousand a year.
Great location for a new build.
Cute, its bigger than I thought it would be.
Lovely house and garden, much thought and cash has gone into this, except the kitchen! 40 years old???
This house was in a dream I had years ago.
Is it for sale?
Amazing 🥳♥️♥️♥️♥️
I like this traditional house type
Beautiful
amazing house💞💞💞💞💞
It’s perfect!!! L O V E
I love it and that backyard is great only thing is it is right on top of that other house. Just a little to close.
Great for migratory birds. I could attract a load of hummers and baltimore orioles in that backyard.
I C an outside door in the kitchen but where does it go out to? Not the back yard and the house next
door is too close, unless there is just a side walk going to the front yard because I didn't C a sidewalk coming from the side of the house in the back yard. Did I miss something?
This is the neighbourhood where I work!
It’s very unnerving the way the outside of this house doesn’t match the inside. What were they thinking?
Haha I'm glad we're all in agreement. That kitchen... 😟
Have to say I epecially disliked the wood panel sealing. Made everything seem small and closed in.
Very specious and lots of room. From the outside it looks small, goes to show you never judge a book by its cover.
I loved this house no matter what can I have a blue print of this house
What a lovely little home. Nice area. I would paint the kitchen ceiling white. It looks too low and cave like.
I love the house the kitchen is my kind of style but the bathroom needs a big upgrade:)
My word. Thank goodness I scrolled through the comments before seeing the kitchen.
Linda!! Amei.
No matter how much it is in Toronto it will cost at least double the price in Vancouver.
Good bones. Nice interior
i loved the house, but please get rid of that hideous music!
Seems like a good location definitely remodeling
Great use of space
😮😮🤩🤩🤩Waooooo.... Rich peolpe....
Espectacular
That's Toronto for you such small lots and guess how much they go for almost a hundred thousand dollars maybe a million
Beautiful! Blue walls are off though..
Looks better on the outside
I like the Basement
The basement looks better than the upstairs very spacious and I like the bathrooms but get rid of these radiators and add some ceiling fans to the home that will brighten it up more.

Dreamy georgeous (for me)
Veel gewandeld in die buurt met zijn mooie huizen.
I loved the music!!
😆😆😆
La casa de mis sueños 😍
Love it. It's so spacious inside. 3 bedrooms in that tiny house?
I'm sure the kitchen, would induce acid flashbacks!
The music volume’s too high and hype. Put another calm music to the video pls.
good bones... would update a bunch tho
white room after white room after white room
😍😍😍
Nice but how old is the house?
What’s the name of this song?! 😍
No central heat thus no air conditioning, and needs updating bad.
Window air-conditioning units ? You’re kidding.
This house is 1930's or early 40's. Haven't seen radiator heating installed in Toronto since the 50's. "Lipstick on a pig"
This house is like the Tardis.
Nice place.
Ai que linda, vou sonhar á noite inteira
👏👏👏
