    It has the CME valance, I would love to see the exhaust with CME tips on. Sounds perfect!

    Just recently purchased a 02 firebird trans am and I’m trying to upgrade my exhaust. Can I get the specs on yours. Also I’m from Mississippi as well and I travel to the Jackson area a lot. Hopefully we can connect and you could help me get my fbody right

    Did you take the heat shield off above the axle I can’t see in the video looks like you have the gas tank one still

    did you use the stock clamps it came with? i read they were not that good and if you changed clamps which ones did you go with?

      I did at first but yeah they’re trash. Definitely upgrade them. I got the clamps from O’reillys bc they are ten times better. They have two bolts on them and help seal exhaust leaks a lot better

    I have the same exhaust and I'm having clearance issues after it passes over the axle and over the PHB relocation kit. It still doesn't have enough clearance and I've adjusted it about 5 times. It rattles like crazy off the PHB relocation bar.

      The bar that comes with it kinda sucks for clearance. The umi brand relocation bars works better

      Inside ain’t bad I drive a truck with no cats and down turns before the axle its only bad when you idling and just sitting there and the wind blows it but when your drivin you won’t notice it just everyone else

      Yes it’s low but my car is also lowered so I imagine it’ll do even better on yours.

      It comes with the kit. You have to go inside the car and pull up the seat and undo the seatbelt lock and use the bolt and hanger provided

    I'll ask Incase anyone knows, does the differing exhaust lengths matter when it comes to power? I would think that each side of the headers would need an equal length of exhaust piping to run efficiently. Or I could be wrong and the extra exhaust piping on the left side doesn't impact anything if anyone knows the answer that would be cool.

      Nah man. If it makes a difference at all, it isn’t enough to even notice a slight difference in power. But good question

      @@_wenjo this is what the x pipe is for. The x pipe helps to balance flow between the two pipes. H pipe can serve a similar purpose as well but it provides a different sound than an x. You can also have a double x pipe

    Sounds killer. Much better than the y pipe setup. Do you plan to run a cme?

      Yes I do. Prolly gonna run it like a corvette with quad tips instead of the factory cme tips. I’ll have to try it out. If I don’t like it, I’ll change it back

      Check out Google ls1tech couple people have done it before. I'd recommend the 3inch cme I have if you can find them

    Great set up but i think those bullet mufflers are taking away from the sound . it doesn't sound very loud at all

      I honestly about being loud. Just wanted a clean tone. I’m more than likely going to change from this setup. It scrapes on everything

      1 1/2 inches and honestly maybe 5 inches. It isn’t much at all. I’m going to try and tuck it up higher but I haven’t had time here lately
