Suggestion
Don't slide the card fully through the back adhesive is only present at the borders not between whole back panel or You might damage other cables in the process. And use plastic tools rather than metallic .

Suggestions, you definitely need opening tools for the first initials....

And please use ceramic or plastic tweezers instead of metal it may causes statics to the pins within the connector (lego like) or shorted the battery...

1. Attach suction cup close as possible to the lower part (charging port) of the back cover (mainly to lift the back cover once the back cover glue is soften by heat.
2. hair dryer (heat the sides of bac cover whilst rotating along the side). Just about nearly untouchable heat (over heat causes plastic to melt).
3. Plastic business card or guitar pick. Once it's heated and your lift the suction cup you will be able to see a gap that can be penetrated by the business card/ guitar pick.
4. Run along the edges of the phone. (Be very careful right on the bottom of the camera there's a fingerprint sensor flexible)...

Hi I dropped my Realme X. I've replaced the screen but still facing below problems. I'm sure your knowledge could help me in solving the problem. I'm not in a position to buy new phone. Please help 🙏🏻
1. Phone OS is updated but sudden switch off. Restart problem.
2. At times display don't turn on after pressing power button. Black screen. After pressing power button for long time it still keeps blank for few minutes and then restarts.
3. During incoming... Ring starts but display don't turn on automatic... Need to press power button to see contact name.

Hi..could you clarify my doubt reg real me x2.
My earpiece call speaker has stopped working after few months of purchasing the device but i am skeptical about getting it repaired at the service center as my past experience with service centers have been bad w.r.t handling with customers phones. So i wanted to know if does the replacement of earpiece speaker require any soldering or it's just plug and play mechanism ( clip system- just remove the old one and fix a new one) ?
