Super helpful I just got into doing all my own meat last year burger and brats turned out amazing but worried about summer sausage and smoking brats gave me huge confidence boost on this…tired of not getting my own game back from the butcher and the end game on that was dirt hair and a bullet piece…I take great pride on my meat care and now I much happier and couldn’t be more proud of my wild game

when you put the jerky in the fridge after drying it, do you put the lid on, or leave it off? Thanks for that tip. I wondered how the bags would hold up on dried jerky.
