- Universal CityWalk Hollywood is a three-block entertainment, dining, and shopping promenade. It is located directly next to Universal Studios Hollywood and serves as an entrance plaza from the parking lots to the theme parks. CityWalk has over 30 places to eat, a 19-screen theater with state-of-the-art IMAX, and more than 30 unique shops including the Universal Studio Store and Super Nintendo World.

I was there in 1996,its changed a hell of a lot. Thankyou for posting.
That's the place. Aside from stores coming and going, nothing has changed for years. It's about a dozen miles from my house. General parking is now $30, but if you buy a movie ticket I think it's $5. I usual cheat with the parking. There's a Metro subway parking lot down the hill across Lankershim Blvd. Parking is $3, but it's for Metro riders. What I do is walk down into the subway station and go out the opposite exit (in case they have spies). Then I walk across the pedestrian bridge to where the tram takes you up the hill to Universal. I've never been towed, at least not yet. :)

Haven’t been to this one but really loved the City Walk in Orlando. So fun!
Ive being to both hollywood and orlando and hollywood city walk is so much better

I love the donut shop at Universal in CA. The Bacon Donut is amazing though I felt like Late Ear Elvis after I ate it lol

I been to universal studios,it was fun this was years ago,I remember I went on the spiderman ride,twister ride and a few others just can't remember, maybe one day I will go back

Not at City Walk itself. But there are a 2 hotels across the street

Me and my mum had a meal there in the Hard Rock Cafe that was there back in 1996 when we had a holiday in L.A back in 1996.She ordered a BLT each for both of us with fries but didn't realise how big the food portions are in the U.S compared to the U.K.We ended up sharing one portion of each and gave the other sandwich and fries to a young homless boy who we randomly saw wandering around in there.Not critisizing your country,but why are U.S food and drink sizes about twice the size of portions in the U.Kand Europe?

Have you ever had Dole Whip at Menchie's? If so, is it as good as the one at Disneyland? I never had it at Disneyland but didn't like it at Menchie's. It had an aftertaste.

@@YellowProductions No, the guitar is gone. Hard Rock Cafe closed (it's now that Toothsome Chocolate Factory). If you want to go to Hard Rock, you need to go to Hollywood and Highland.
