Google Hyde st Dunedin lmao . It is an entire street of rentals of students and they have annual street parties of pure chaos. Yet they continue to rent every year to them. These students pay hefty bonds, and always pay rent. @@Iwoasasaned

If the owner has insurance/earthquake insurance, there shouldn't...shouldn't be a fight to get the home repaired. It SHOULD be repaired in a timely manner...these insurance companies drive me crazy. They want their money chop-chop but when it comes to a repairs or pay-outs, its a fight. It blows my mind.
