SIGMA L-SK industrial manipulator with barrel gripper

The presented device is an industrial manipulator SIGMA type L-SK, column-mounted.
Given manipulator is designed to handle the barrels of various sizes, made of metal and plastic. The manipulator’s gripper enables safe handling of tanks with a diameter of 300 - 600 mm range.
The maximum weight of carried load is 250 kg. Hybrid, electro-pneumatic control allows to change the weight of load while handling, therefore for example when spilling the liquids, the load maintains in the constant position.
The applied technical solutions ensure high control of ergonomics and safe operation, even in the event of power failure.
