❤This film is so well done!! It shows the strength and possibility by exposing the vulnerable.
It shows how unified we are with nature and supports the concept of Oneness.
The background music utilizes frequencies that we hear in the water as well as the use of the rhythmic sound of exhale bubbles that we hear when we swim.
This film successfully demonstrates the unification of mind, body and spirit.
It demonstrates the connection between two people from different ages, finding their power, their art, their Oneness in their passion for swimming.
    BEAUTIFUL!

"Everything slips away"...what a wonderful way to describe the experience in just three words

I love this, everything about it. I have discovered wild swimming this year in a battle to loose weight. I hate being in a gym and found that actually being closer to nature is the most wonderful feeling. Keep inspiring, everyone involved in making this 💗

This was beautiful. Great underwater shots. I’m a big supporter of Alpkit and the OSS. Swim every Friday morning in the local lake. 630, throughout the year. Nothing else comes close to making you feel so alive and energised. Keep going ladies :) 🏊‍♀️ 🏊‍♀️

Wonderful. I read about this in the Spring edition of the John Muir Trust Journal. If you care about nature and the wild, join or support the great work of the trust. 🌿

Loved the rainbow, rain, and post-swim "shot".
Pity there wasn't the vision of a breaststroker taking-in the beauty of everything on each stroke ❤
