That child liberation theme is so haunting, especially if you think of those children who were treated poorly in real-life history.
It's also really dumb that recruiting children into our gang is presented as being a good thing. Don't get me wrong, that definitely happened, the Peaky Blinders for example were a razor gang of children and teenagers during the Victorian era (so nothing like the BBC show), but it wasn't glamorous or fun or cool or even an improvement over working in a factory. Most child gangsters either died a brutal death or got arrested and then shipped off to Australia and were forced to work in a labor camp there.
@@SaucyJack88 But we didn't really recruit them though did we? They only give us items, so its more like ally aid than recruitment.
Don't forget about the children of today all around the world going through the same kind of thing as you type. Edit: You can actually do something about them.
Assassin's Creed may not always land a perfect game. However, the OST's never dissapoint.

yeah completed its a week ago for the 5th time I just don't want to leave it now i wasn't much of a fan of this game when i started playing (but i had fond memories of it) but when i gave this game a chance with time i fell in love with it all over again cant believe they made such a gem in less than a year what if they had got 2-4 years of development they would have created a masterpiece its so unfortunate and after it AC just lost its identity. 😥
I wanted so much more from this game and it had sooo much potential word can't do justice to how much i love this game 🙌🙌

1 : Que pensez vous de cet AC ? Perso je l'ai terminé il y a 1 semaine et je trouve qu'il est cool mais pas autant qu'on le dit.
2 : Est-ce qu'il serait possible que vous mettiez certaines musiques de fond de la quête principale, parce que moi je cherche la musique de fond au moment où on assassine Maxwell Roth.

Excellent boulot de Wintory qui a su faire preuve d'ingéniosité dans sa musique et rendu l'OST aussi unique.
Le ton plus léger de l'épisode, la relation frère et sœur bien sympathique, un bond de géant dans le présent, l'ambiance industrielle magique... La grosse surprise de Lydia Frye ! Sinon pas grand-chose à redire.
Pour la musique de Maxwell Roth, c'est "Final Act" sur ma chaîne ;)

Perso je trouve que que les assassinat des templiers principaux sont les mieux fait de la saga (jusque là je préférais AC 3) mais faut avouer que tt les assassin creed sont super bien fait! Juste une question si quelqu'un connai le titre de la première musique de la vidéo ??;)

This is incredible but it still aint no Jesper Kyd.
***** The percussion and the vocals are beautiful no doubt the most beautiful since AC2 but I still feel Jesper had a way of creating such a unique style with his ambient music that none of the composers since have been able to match.
***** Assassins Creed 1, 2, Brotherhood and he co composed the revelations Soundtrack with Lorne Balfe. After that they got rd of him and i'll never get why.
***** Very true but what I always loved about Kyd's scores was that he was able to capture the essence of the time period and setting flawlessly. You could play 'Flight Through Jerusalem' and tell exactly where and when the game was set just by the music,
Same with 'Dream of Venice' and 'Istanbul'. Listen again and tell me it aint so. Why would you get rid of someone with such an ear for this sort of game? Because they wanted someone more high profile...bah! Bad judgement call of their part I say.
***** OH MAN Brian Tyler did some cracking tracks! those stealth missions wouldn't have been nearly as satisfying without that sinister sneaking theme. I think it was called 'the buccaneers' absolutely flawless.
And I still listen to 'the British/Spanish Empire' all the time. Nothing but love for that guy. He knew how to do it.
+darthkahn45 Maybe that's just me but Jesper Kyd, while still doing great work, is a bit repetitive. Have you heard Darksiders II's soundtrack ? It's literally Revelations. It may be some artistic choice but still.

I was kind of offended by Ezio's music coming on at 17:30. I just always think that it should be sacred. I love it so much, and I can't explain why - just another phenomenal creation of Mr Kyd.

Ezio's Family has become a staple in the AC series, its hardware'd into its very soul now. Its basically the Assassins creed theme at this point, and will likely be used in future games in many varied forms. Its amazing, but i found myself really liking syndicate and its ost as well. Great fucking game, but story could have been a bit better..
Sherlock this song is in EVERY ac at some point, whether its a variation like in ac rogue or simply ost for a specific mission, its woven into the fabric of AC.
I've got to disagree - AC2 pretty much became heralded as THE Assassin's Creed game (I think it's a tad overhyped, but there you go), so when I heard Ezio's theme, it felt like I was coming home after a long time away. Perfect way of innovating nostalgia, and perfect for seeing the AC Syndicate title in the game.

I'll be honest: I found the story a /bit/ underwhelming. The music, the parkour, and the inventive collectibles, though...this is what AC was way back in the Desmond days.

Aw man this one’s my abortive AC game. The parkour and atmosphere is what I really go for in these games. And not getting sniped from the rooftops lol but hey to each their own, I think each game has their own charm. But the OSTs are always bangers
