RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 broccoli.
Butter 1 teaspoon.
Olive oil.
1 onion.
Cook for 3 minutes.
1 sweet red pepper.
Fry over medium heat.
Salt. Black pepper.cumin seeds
2 garlic.
Mix well.
3 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cream 1 cup / 300 ml.
Feta Cheese 50g/1.76oz.
Mix well.
Tortilla.
Cheese 150g / 5.29oz.
Parmesan cheese.
Add fried vegetables.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Cheese.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F) or in a pan on low heat .
Done ✅ enjoy it 🤤
