I’m thinking about wearing my mala everyday/all day. Do I need to do anything to protect it? Or should I get a second one to wear and keep the other for meditation?
That's a great idea during transformative times like this. I'd say if you were to sleep with it though, keep it in a pouch under your pillow so it doesn't break. Also, it may not like getting wet depending on the materials used for creating it. The best way to protect it would be to cleanse it energetically each month.
