Overrated
Some authentic mughal shops were missing, like Sabir, Zeeshan, Rahmania and Amenia.
Arsalan and Zam Zam, these two shops are not the authentic mughal heritage restaurant as well as they are not the specialists in Biriyani.

yup but the quality has declined esp with Chicken and Mutoon Chap which was once famous for. Better one you will get in Arsalan the paratha and Zaiqa are far more superior.

When nawab Wazid Ali Shah came to Bengal from Lucknow in 16th century after losing all his wealth and kingdom his chefs found that Potatoes were a more economical option which could be used in biryani and added texture as well along with meat. That's why potatoes are used :) not Portuguese delicacy.
