Bears paw can be rarely propagated by leaf, but the stems has to be inside the potting soil but it takes to long

I use my finger to check the soil and I water on the leaves. It’s local succulents here, very easy to take care
How much manure do you add to the soil ?
I mix 5 soil with 1 cow manure

Bear’s paw can’t be propagated by leaf?? Really? It’s such a fat leaf, you’d think it would prop super well.. or at least somewhat.. but not at all?? Weird!
Cotyledon family can’t propagate from Leaves 😁
