If you turn on the roof amber rotation lights, even though there's no siren sound and it's not an emergency vehicle at all, all the npcs will react as if you're driving a police car with its sirens turned on. Might be a bit fun to mess around with it.

Trying to make out anything good about this vehicle out of existence but can’t.
It holds 2 rockets in the back, has 6 seats, you can get "out of sight" get in the back and be fully protected and unfindable, cool lights
