Banned meaning you can’t bet. Similar to banning yourself from casinos, you’re allowed in the casino but not to play table games, sports bet, or slots. In my state you can ban yourself but still bet on horses…

He said he can’t even valet his car bc the parking attendants even know who he is. The guy is sketchy as hell. He claims he owned a bunch of pharmacies but knows nothing about it.

The amount of times bert stopped him from telling more than two sentences of a story is maddening. Bert, your stories are entertaining and funny, its why youre fanous, but if you're gonna have a guest you have to let them do at least half of the talking and let them get to stopping points before subject changes.
