Maybe a screened in pool Florida house build? They are everywhere in florida and a lot of the south

this house is so so so cute!!! also, the bin in the sink is known as a garbage disposal and i think they’re quite scary and i’m always too nervous to use mine

I never use mine, either, for the same reason. I begged my husband not install it when we remodeled our kitchen. I lost that battle. 😂

You're not wrong about houses in the U.S. have porches like that. My grandma had one and I remember going out there in the evenings and sitting on the porch swing. The first CC I ever downloaded for the game (before the greenhouse kit) was some screen windows to use in my personal gameplay. I've been wanting a way to make a porch like this for a while and I'm glad we finally have one in the game itself. I think screened-in porches are more common in the Southern U.S. (where I'm from) than up north, but they are a staple.
Don't know how you have the patience to build such a incredible house every week. I'd give up. This home is absolutely stunning! 😊❤

The sink bin thing you was talking about my grandparents actually have one in their house and are in the UK. Don't think they are that popular as its the only one I've seen haha. Always scared me when I was young 😅

i love this house! its so cozy and amazing for family gameplay! i'd love to see a build in del sol valley for an actress sim, i don't think you've built celebrity sim homes in a while and especially none in del sol valley i believe so i think a build like that would be great for a future video! again this home is amazing, keep up the good work jessica! ❤

where i live (in the us) theres a lot of colonial style homes bc the area is pretty old. and i swear every single one of them has a screened in porch like this around the back

Oh my lord, such a gorgeous build! I love the little story-telling aspect of each rooms and I can imagine the people who live there. It reminds me of a game called "what's left of edith finch". The centerpiece of that game is their wonky family house with a story within each room that represents their owner. It would be amazing if you make a full family of 8 with granny, uncle, etc and build a detailed family home that represents their story. Please please please I love your builds :)))

This is such a beautiful build. I was hoping you could explain the terrain piece again. I always struggle with terrain manipulation and placing stairs. Whenever I try to place stairs, the landing always go below the terrain. Like I try to do maybe two to three sets of stairs leading from the home to the sidewalk or whatever and the last set will always end below the sidewalk. So like my sims would have to walk down into the stairs 😂 I then just flatten the terrain and won’t do it because I can’t figure it out.

Man, watching you build is reminding me that I need to try and choose individual areas to furnish, instead of jumping around all over the place as I usually do. It seems like it would be so much better for my brain, just to avoid all the scrambling it tends to do 😅

But I’ve been able to focus on an area at a time before, I just have to force myself to get in the zone. Although maybe my autism could help with that, since I can also hyper-focus on stuff like this 🤣

the "bin in the sink" is called a sinkerater lol, my mom had one installed when i was little and my dad HATES it
i would literally sell my soul for you to make a save file. your building is 100% my favorite
I've been doing builds recently where I've been raising the ground level and I don't like how you can't use terrain paint on the sections that change color when you lift them. Most of these have been like outdoor type builds, not residential, so it's not like I can hide it with exterior decorating.
This is such a beautiful build and I need to have it in my game PRONTO! Unfortunately, I have been experiencing a nasty bug over at the Gallery which prohibits me from downloading anything. So, is it okay if you can send me the tray files of this build? It would be highly appreciated 🥰

Not my dream dream home but I’ve built so many things that ended up being something like a dream home for me (in another life! 🤣) I built a family mansion in Brindleton bay and that is just so dreamy to me personally!! 🤍

I don't mind the tree overhanging the lot so much as hating the the way you can't edit something outside of the lot. If you have a bonsai bush on the edge of a lot and convert it to decorative, sometimes it spawns outside of the lot and there is nothing you can do to remove it. So now any time I convert a bonsai shrub I save the game before hand in case it spawns somewhere stupid... The bugs and flaws in this game...
