Yes , protugal resident visa can be used to apply turkey visa however it is right of the immigration officer to allow the entry as you have turkish residency as well

I am traveling to germany on student visa but when i book flight from turkish airlines. My flight is totally of 14 hours but i have one stay in turkey and they are asking for transit visa for that one hour, can i get that visa on my pakistani passport as i already have schengen visa on my passport.

You can apply online same evisa and you can share this with them for ticket booking. I am assuming you have residence permit of Germany as you are studying there. Use that resident card to apply visa. Same process as explined

Your choosen flight includes a connection or airport without a transit passenger lounge in turkey. To board this flight you need to obtain a transit visa'consulate visa. If you have an British'schengen'usa visa in your passport then u can apply it online via evisa.govt.tr.
Tu ab mujy aik ghanty ka stay k liye transit visa chahiye k nahi agr ma nahi leta transit visa tu koi masla tu nahi huga because ma turkey entry nahi karna chahta.

@@hamzabashir6521 hi yes you will have to get a visa no medical insurance is not required, I have the german blue card so I got a transit visa from their website, if you have blue card then you can also apply for it it is I think 50 dollars for transit visa and you will get it instantly.
