@@Nokapp23 Why many cases are pending in India? The reasons could be (a) many innocents are criminally being charged and languishing in prison, India needs (b) more new courts and (c) the number of judges should be increased by appointing new judges to resolve pending cases.

यह सही है भाई जब प्रबंधन निदेशालय के पक्ष में फैसला ना आए तो वह फैसला गलत है वह जज गलत है और जब प्रबंधन निदेशालय के पक्ष में फैसला आ जाए तो वह फैसला और वह सोने का हीरा है हम यह नहीं बोल सकते कि यही राहुल एवेन्यू कोर्ट था इससे लगभग लगभग जमानत मिलना मुश्किल ही असंभव है लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने जमाना तुमको दी क्योंकि उन्हें लगा कि हां जमानत दी जानी चाहिए तो अभी इनको बुरा लग रहा है प्रबंधन निदेशालय को साफ सीधा मतलब है जब उनके पक्ष में फैसला आता है प्रबंध निदेशालय के पक्ष में तब तू जज और वह फैसला सोने का ही रहा है इनको इतना फैसला नहीं होता है तो वह फैसला दोनों ही गलत है सही है भाई है है

Appeal against the decision of the district court is only based on error of law and facts. Parties make oral submissions in front of the judges and then can produce evidence to back their arguments. The courts are not expected to read the bundle of documents presented by ED unless they are relevant and prove the case.
