    Thank you sir, for the flawless demo, very useful and friendly for learner drivers, though I wish you have a camera on the side mirror so that we can see the reference point you are watching

    what is the purpose of the first reference point? are you not able to just start from reference point 2?

    • @user-cz8oh7sk7e
      @user-cz8oh7sk7e Před rokem

      I think it’s because so you’re not dry steering

    • @user-cz8oh7sk7e
      @user-cz8oh7sk7e Před rokem +2

      If you started from point 2 your car would be stoped while you’re turning the wheels and turning the wheels while the car isn’t moving is called dry steering (since the car isn’t in motion turning creates pressure between the two front tires and the pavement that’s why you start from point one so your car is moving and you’re not dry steering

    Hello, Thank you for this helpful video. When you were parked at the end next to the kerb, you had finished the manoeuvre. My question is it unnecessary to then if you were in an automatic to put the car in drive and move closer to the car we have parked behind before putting our car in park and handbrake on?

    • @SignalDrivingSchool
      @SignalDrivingSchool  Před 5 měsíci +1

      If you are far from the front car, you can move forward

    • @carlsfishroom632
      @carlsfishroom632 Před 5 měsíci

      @@SignalDrivingSchool Ok thank you! I tried your reference point using the centre of the car in front aligned with our cars passenger mirror. It worked quite well. However, I noticed we needed to make an observation and adjustment to the right of the cars centre. When the car parked in front was parked too close to the gutter of the kerb. Otherwise, we too would end up being too close in the gutter also. 😀

    The simple way to park is miror to miror turn the steering wheel full from the right then if you see the mirror to handle of the passenger turn halfway then if you see the mirror to the end of the light at the back turn it full you got your way😂😂😂

    You have over-complicated the issue

    • @keithcheng4671
      @keithcheng4671 Před 6 měsíci

      or you can oversimplify it like some instructors telling you to develop experience with driving instead
