More than a half a century back, Mark Osipovich sang in the presentation of Eugene Onegin which was given here at the Bolshoi Theater in honor of Sobinov, for his jubilee. Leonid Vitalyevich sang Lensky. And today the Bolshoi theater is giving (a presentation of ) Eugene Onegin to honor Reizen. He is Gremin. Now he starts to sing. Mark Reizen sings Gremin's aria form Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin. After the famous aria, the spectacle turns into a celebration. The ensemble of the Bolshoi stages a "modified" version of the coronation scene from Boris Godunov, with the name of Reizen substituted for that of the Tsar Boris'.
