      I got in! (UCLA Aerospace Engineering PhD) Work hard during undergrad, do research, get good grades, and glowing recommendations, and you can still go there for grad school!

      @@laker4life36 could you please tell me your stats. And where I'm studying doing undergrad research is almost impossible so will that be a huge downside or could it possibly be overlooked ?

    • @laker4life36
      @laker4life36 Před 3 lety

      @@Atropos-Fan depends on what other experiences you have under your belt. If you’re only all about academics, you’re probably not going to get in, but if you have serious project team experience and internship experience at big and well known aerospace companies to go along with that, you might have a chance. If there’s no hands-on Aerospace clubs on campus, start your own! Like a rocket club or something.

    • @Atropos-Fan
      @Atropos-Fan Před 3 lety

      @@laker4life36 yea that's basically what I wanted to know. I would actually have been very excited to do undergrad research if I could but unfortunately there isn't. So I was thinking if it could be evened out by a good academic record and lots of relevant extracurriculars.
