Sew the Moondance Notepad Holder with all cotton fabric

I LOVE sewing the Moondance Notepad Holder for myself and to give away, but I don't have much of the vinyl fabric the pattern calls for. This is a tutorial showing how to sew the Moondance with only cotton fabric plus add in marker loops and a strap!

*Cotton fabric for the exterior - 1/3 of a yard will work if you’re pattern can be cut from the vertical length of the fabric cut. If your print looks better cut from left to right (horizontally), you will need ½ yard.
*Cotton fabric for the lining - 1/3 of a yard
*Pellon SF 101Shape Flex or similar interfacing - about 1/3 yard total - amzn.to/3OvfYBo

*Craft knife for the chipboard - amzn.to/3ul175z
*Cutting mat and cutting ruler for the chipboard
*1/2-inch wide elastic trim cut to 13 3/4 inches long - amzn.to/42wyhvL

*Sewing machine
*Matching 100% polyester thread
