@@LoopN its not about the loot pool and map. its about the mechanics. as someone who would be called a "sweat" all the way up to chapter 2, the game is objectively way worse than it used to be which is why so many pro players quit. bots in pubs, guns that arent near as fun as they used to be, and its getting harder and harder by the day to actually be "good" at fortnite. these days were definitely better because of its simplicity. now theres so much u have to practice for hours to even stand a chance (piece control, tarping, etc)

They need to have an ltm or permanent mode where turbo build is turned off. Controller players must use combat pro and pc players have to use f1 f2 f3 and f4 binds to build like in the old seasons. Would make the game so much more fun
this was easily the best time for fortnite, everyone wasnt a sweat but everyone wasnt terrible either it was a perfect middle between sweats and noobs
Sweats from that time are now pros caause they learned to play with real pleyers. Now you gotta play seven at least matchs with bots before fighting with some that make you feel your not welcome in this game in 2022

Sp4rksOP you know turbo building was added in s2 and 90s were made in s3 and people were completely fine with that... you can’t blame a player base for evolving as the downfall of a game
Season 2-4 was so perfect. Lots of noobs and plenty of sweats. Building was an effective strategy but not absolutely essential. People built for cover and protection and shot for aggression. Not cranking 90s and spamming edits and hiding in a box full of traps all game. Id do anything to play this fortnite again...

Yeah and people will just say, "oh it's cause you're bad" well people like that are the reason this game is stupid now. Atleast they constantly edit and tweak the game in an attempt to make it better. Yes the best part of fortnite is the building, but I can guarantee they didn't have gigantic build battles, or CrAnKiN 90'S in mind. Literally go look at the old 50 v 50 video that's how they intended this game.
Yeah let’s play season 1-3 no vehicle,unbalanced weapons, multiple exploits and hackers, no reboot van, smg’s had no use and shotguns had to much use, terrible graphics,no playground or creative, mediocre cosmetics, limited amount of weapons and more. You guys take fortnite for granted so many games don’t update there game weekly to keep it fresh.

Your squad all double pump, killing the enemy team. You scream into your mics. Now think about ither games. Maybe you played COD 1 or GTA for PS or Maybe even Minecraft. You look back to those old days. Sometimes, you'll never now the value of a memory until it becomes a memory.
