as a rapper from the london when i say lancey is an anomaly,i really mean it we are a city with its own culture and sound which comes through in his fashion,music and just about everything else,despite all of this he remains completely seperate from the mainstream uk and us music pushing the underground sound in both nations respectflly.I remeber being 16 like 4 years ago trying to get into a lancey concert in south london there was literaly only like 150 people there but i couldent get in cus i was underage,but fast forward 2 years hes on stage with Skepta at wireless festival(biggest hip hop festival in the U.K) still evovlving and being recognised for his talent.
