is there a bsetting to get the temp in Farenheit rather than Celsius? I'm looking to buy it but in the US we are raised on farenheit so thinking in temps of celcius is not easy...also we use a (.) as a decimal rather than a (,). can the english be set for US or is it only for UK/EU?

If ww haven't used the planar for a while, it doesn't react by just pressing the square button to turn on display. If I press longer, sometimes goes on, other times I have release it and press again. Is this normal?

@@nathyfeely3330 I switched it to fan speed control rather than temp - setting it on lowest setting made us comfortable all night. Try this friend.
