The way Ben Mitchell laughs at Martin after being beat up, he may lose most physical fights, but he never feels like a loser. It's not about winning a fight it's about who feels like a winner and Ben still feels like a winner.

You guys need to start ranking Ben higher on the hardman scale, just cause he loses fights against people way above his paygrade like Martin and Stuart does not mean he's a bad fighter. The scene with him beating up Jonno like he was nothing and just barely being edged by Keanu should prove that he's legitimately tough. Furthermore, Ben felt rejected by Callum during the fight with Keanu and wanted something to take his anger out on, Keanu had something to fight for, Ben was just fighting because he was angry and depressed.
Furthermore, Ben being able to take some of Keanu's best punches, possibly a harder punch then the one he hit Mitch with, then getting up and still putting up a great fight, then here getting up and hitting Martin with a great takedown that would've done way more damage if it wasn't for the metal cabinet.
Ben to me is a tank, he can take serious damage and still get up after and fight back.
Also he has some amazing one liners

samuel charwick Good question I'd have to say Stuart, Ben managed to fight back one way or another against Keanu and Martin and this is the first and probably will be the only time Martin has a proper fight with Ben, Stuart does it more effortlessly and has left Ben unconscious twice unlike the other 2.
@@SilentKiller-55 tbh he didnt even try to fight back against stuart in the arches, though he couldnt have done much anyway and stuart would edge martin imo. martin floored ben easily and got the upper hand pretty immediately. keanu did the worst imo he beat ben in the last fight but struggled.
So martin throws ben on the floor and ended up with the fight this is got to stop and martin shout at ben and ben is bleeding out from the bottom of his face

@djking101 games He deserves it though. If he wasn't getting beaten up all the time then his character would just be insufferable (getting away with his schemes without consequences). A bad guy getting beaten up loads is better than a bad guy not getting beat up at all.
Steve Davidson ah you do have a good point there. He does deserve to be knocked down for his actions however I find it unrealistic how he rarely fights back. He sort of did here but it just ended up with another beating whereas his last fight with Keanu was more of a fair match. I wish Ben got a few punches in this one and then become gradually overpowered instead of just yet another beating.
@djking101 games Yeah, I'm glad Ben is starting to fight back now kind of and his fight with Keanu was a better performance but Martin is one of the toughest in the square right now so that's probably why he got destroyed.
Steve Davidson despite the fact I can’t stand Martin I can agree he is one of the Squares toughest. I want Ben to fight back more because I can still see potential in him becoming a hard man. The punch he landed on Jay in August, beating he gave Jonno and his right hook to Keanu were brilliant imo. I’m hoping he does fight more because he can take a lot of punishment. He just needs to dish it out more 😂
@djking101 games I don't like Martin either and I agree this Ben has way more hardman potential than the previous Bens. He just needs to improve his Give Punch:Receive Punch ratio, lol.

find it funny How Martin is using Ben as a Punch Bag Now But then going Back a few Month's ago He tried to take a Swing at Phil then Phil Ducked Him then given Martin a Punch to the gut then Martin fell on to the floor like a little girl, then Phil overpowered Him By Putting a Wrench on to Martin's throat and as He Was Choking Him out He Needed His Wife Stacey to Safe the Day By Hitting Phil over the Head With one of His Wrench's and an other thing When Phil Return's Back off His Holiday's With His Wife Shoran Well as Soon as He find's out that Martin is Back in the Square Well I Want Phil to go and find Him and once He as found Him then I Want Phil to Beat Martin up a lot More Worse then What He Did the last time.

the old ben got decked by dean and battered by lee and charlie cotton. also got beat by jay. none of bens incarnations have been tough whatsoever. new ben is much more interesting character then the older one tho
@@H.K.5 where do you rank ben in the top 10 EE hardmen? tbh idk. i think the toughest guy he could beat is probably jay. the lower level hardmen like Max, keanu, mitch would all beat him. the top hardmen (mick, martin, stuart, phil, jack etc) its not even worth mentioning cos hes nowhere near them lol.

@@tomhiggins6542 keanu actually struggled against ben in the 2nd fight wheras martin got the upper hand in seconds. shows martin is alot tougher then keanu.
@@tomhiggins6542 Ben wasn't even trying to fight when Stuart beat him up. He was when Martin beat him up. In a 1 on 1 fight, Martin would handle Stuart like Mick did.
Ben took Martin down so Stuart could easily do the same, I think Stuart Is probably pretty hard his deffo one of the toughest characters on the show at the moment
