I would suggest that you try getting angel deals and reroll shops until you get an item on sale. That way you save a lot of money. Also you do not need to be OP for greed. I would also suggest you doing super greed mode. In the second phase of fighting super greed coins are dropped when there are explosions. You probably already unlocked holy mantle so I don’t know why I’m even telling you this one year after you left this message..

greed mode is such a garbage game mode that needs to be reworked asap. it is not fun at all and it genuinely just feels like a chore playing it. hoping this works
How do you get this to work? I never get any chests or dimes - just troll bombs and half hearts. I just run out of money and end up worse off than I was to begin with. I end up on the 3rd stage with base stats desperately trying to get it to work and then die.
Tainted cain is foaming from the mouth. If you craft d20/d infinity as t. Cain or are just playing co-op with t. Cain, then its a win. Especially because he can turn bad items into MORE pickups
I tried this but it didnt really work, is it patched? I was getting golden chests but only 1 item spawned out and never had enough coins to sustain it for longer then like 3-4 rerolls. EDIT: never mind it worked the next run I got it, just make sure u get the d20 and do maybe a single floor for extra coins so u dont have to dip into the coins on the ground
You really overdid that break at the end, nearly an hour to get just one completion mark doesn't seem very good lol. Though definitely a nice break to guarantee a winning run
@@mruglehface You are doing the following steps: 1. Reroll the coins into chests; 2. Opening the chests; 3. Go back in the shop to charge the D20; 4. Reroll che pickups into chests; If you swap step 2-3 the process is way faster.

After the D20 nerf this strat is really dependant on luck, mainly on getting two of diamonds and jera, and maybe some good discounts on the shop for batteries

I swear to god I don't understand how do you get so many pickups from chests at the beginning it looks like you have Mom's Key or something all I fucking get from chests are a pill or a trinket like wtf also no dimes/nickels this used to be much easier back in Afterbirth+

1:48 funny little tip: you can just wait until the 2nd boss spawns and then exit and play again. bosses will despawn, coins will stay

You should charge the d6 BEFORE OPENING THE NEW CHESTS so that even the boxes will be rerolled
Why? You get more pickups from the chests which can be rerolled into new chests which drop more pickups
