If a business decision is not unanimous with all 5 or 6 members, it's going to be very difficult, because if something is put to a vote, the majority will have it. Since BBD vote as a block most of the time, if you are talking about NE with only 5 members(Johnny) then Ralph and Johnny will always lose the vote. And if it's all 6, Bobby seems to vote with BBD, so again Ralph and Johnny will lose. That's why BBD said in an interview the issue is that certain members want it their way or no way. I get that Ralph wants to work on solo music, but he and Johnny knew of NE doing a new album and tour since January 2017 and since he's going on tour with Johnny and Keith Sweat this Summer, it's not because of him working on a solo project. It's because whatever he wanted to happen, he was outvoted. Mike, Ronnie and Ricky are also working on solo projects but they made sure their schedule could accommodate a tour. Ralph and Johnny chose not to.

Huuuuuuuh. It's easy for BBD and Bobby to say cmon let's do a tour BUT they are not the lead singer! Let Ralph finish his damn project and do some shit for HIM. Damn! They are selfish as hell. Back in November it sounded like he was gonna cave and give the ppl a tour even though his heart was CLEARLY not into it. Glad he changed his mind. I wanna see an NE tour just as much as everyone else, but NOT until everyone is good and ready.
I totally agree, All of them BBD, Bobby and Johnny have been going around the country doing shows, when they were trying to get them together to do a tour they were busy. I don't blame Rizzo, now it's his time. He's sacrificed enough for them!
