Police helicopter video shows vehicle doing donuts, speeding at 100 mph in Flint

- A grey Dodge Charger with racing stripes was recently caught by Michigan State Police helicopter on video traveling at speeds up to 100 miles per hour on Saginaw Street in Flint.
The City of Flint is taking a hard line against reckless driving, sending a message that there will be consequences for drivers who break the law and endanger lives.
City officials filed a lawsuit in Circuit Court last week against a man accused of recklessly driving a vehicle in Flint.
The claim states that the vehicle and the person operating it were not only reckless but should be declared a public nuisance and the vehicle should be forfeited to the City of Flint.

That's not the point.... if I run around shooting a gun in the air in downtown flint and no one gets hit, should I be let off of any charges? Just because this bullet is 4,000 lbs and limited to 130mph doesn't make it any different. Become a first responder then this sht will affect your every day life.
