This is really an ode to one of my favorite bands! So sad Peter Steele will never bless us again with any new song. This is my substitute. (i know it cannot compare to the real thing)
I spent some time with an AI audio generator generating this song piece by piece. Took it to the next level by generating AI images and animating them with...AI!
Edited it (without AI) to put it into a somewhat simple video clip!
I think you captured the essence of the late great man himself, my friend.

@@M4rtle Then consider it a success, my friend. Its never easy to emulate masters. I know this well as in my writing I hope to get close to the master King in the Dark Tower.

Well if you ever need Peter Steele-like vocals hit me up, I am definitely closer to his voice than the AI generated crap.

@@M4rtle I think I (like some others that have commented) have a hard time with the AI generated vocals because Steele had such an iconic voice. The band never even thought about replacing him when he died because he was truly irreplaceable. No matter how hard AI tries I don't think it will ever replicate his voice. What is cool though is you can still hear his influence in some modern bands like Unto Others. Peter Steele and Till Lindemann are two of my favorite metal vocalists - two voices you don't forget once you hear them.
Its not a Peter Steele-copy singing though, you cannot prompt it to copy an exact voice. It just styles it to the same genre. On some of my songs the vocals have a clear UK or AUS accent, no way to be consistent on that front yet. The vocals always have a different subcolour.
I have no illusions, anyone listening clearly hears its not Peter (nor do i want to pass them as Peter), the vocals are just, in my opinion, (heavily) influenced!
I understand that this can be offensive to people or hard to accept, but do realise this is just a hobby project. I like playing with music in any form. This will never get big nor do i have any plans on monetization. I create music mainly for me, as these are tracks i steered and therefor fit my music taste perfectly. I just share it on CZcams, somebody might appreciate the listen or get some comfort/joy out of it. It's AI generated, but theres still a whole creative process involved and a shitload of hours spent, its not a '1 prompt / press generate / done'-type of thing at all. Generative AI in general is still very hard to accept for some people, but i really believe there's no stopping it anymore. Artists will just incorporate it into their creative processes.
Type-O-Negative was Peter Steele, they couldn't continue the same band without him. The best they could've done was create a new band and a new story within the same genre. But again, this would be no Type-O-Negative.
He also is one of my favorite voices! (i also really like the vocals and music of oldschool Life Of Agony - River Runs Red era)
Also, thanks for the Unto Others tip, i didn't know that band. Digging their sound though!

Я так понял он помощью ии воссоздал какую то недописанную песню Type-B-Negative. Ну судя по песне можно понять почему они на нее забили и ее не доделали )
It is what happens if you play with AI with Type-o-negative in your mind. Everything you see/hear is fully generated with the help of several AI's. The real Type-o-negative is much better and cannot be substituted, i know!

I can appreciate what you're doing but, dude... Given the current state of rock and goth/heavy metal etc. People are starved for another PETER STEELE...

@@guycarrwuzright7189 It is clearly stated in every description of every track though. This track just has the shortest description, as it was the first in this series of experiments. I didnt know where it was going to go yet.
I've never hidden the fact i've created all you see and hear with the help of several AI's.
I'll take the fact you got excited as a compliment though 🙂
PS: if you find me a bass-baritone vocalist that fits, i'll gladly drum these tracks!

This was my first time playing with the AI's, concept testing. The songs after got a bit better. Do check out some more recent songs!
I'm not trying to copy Type-O-Negative though. I'm just generating doom/gothic metal. The AI voices all have this reverb/echo/chorus sound which instantly give me Type-O vibes (one more than the other). It was the first connection my brain made when listening to it, hence the tag B-version.
